Judge Rules NSA Must Get Terrorist Permission to Eavesdrop
WASHINGTON, DC — Democratically appointed judge, Anna Diggs Taylor, ruled that the NSA spy program is unconstitutional. The NSA now must get written permission from terrorists (aka the ACLU).
"Listening to terrorists without their permission is an uneven playing field," said Taylor. "The terrorists don’t stand a chance with this program. We have equal rights in this country, and these terrorists must be protected. This also makes Democrats look very bad, because the program has been foiling terrorist plots. It gives the Republicans a big advantage if we continue to have no terrorist attacks on this country. Getting rid of this program will make everything equal. Just like the Constitution requires."
